Elizabeth Gillies
Gillies began her career as an actress aged 12 when she began attending public castings within the community. She began her acting career when she was just 12 years young. She started appearing in Virgin Mobile commercials. Gillies appeared in the role of a frequent guest in The Black Donnellys over three episodes. Gillies has said that she was not permitted to view the entire series in all its entirety as her parents thought it was not suitable for her at that time. The show featured minor roles for her in The Clique and Harold as well as Locker 514. The summer before, Ariana, who would then appear in Victorious alongside her, was cast alongside her as Lucy in the Goodspeed Production in Jason Robert Brown's 13 musical. Following that 13 was released on Broadway. Broadway version of 13 made available, making it the first Broadway show with its cast entirely composed of teens. Gillies was also given the major song "Opportunity," "It Can't Be True," and other smaller numbers like "Hey Kendra," "Getting Ready" and other numbers. Gillies continued to work with the series until it ended on January 4th, 2009.
